Terms of Service

You must be at least 16 years old and able to form a binding contract to use ReservWise. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information in your account, for keeping your credentials secure, and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@reservwise.com of any suspected unauthorized use.

ReservWise is a personal-finance and small-business cashflow tool that helps you record income and expenses, plan around recurring bills, allocate dollars across priority tiers, and generate AI-assisted summaries and predictions. ReservWise is not a bank, broker-dealer, investment adviser, accountant, or tax preparer. We do not provide financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

ReservWise is offered as a paid subscription, with a free trial period if available. Subscription fees, billing intervals, and trial terms are shown at sign-up. Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law. You can cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

We may change subscription fees with at least 30 days’ notice. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance of the new price.

You agree not to:

• Use ReservWise to violate any law or third-party right.
• Upload malware, attempt to interfere with or disrupt the service, or probe for vulnerabilities outside a coordinated disclosure process.
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data, or to circumvent rate limits, audit logging, or other technical controls.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or build a competing service from ReservWise.
• Use ReservWise to launder money, evade taxes, or process payments for illegal goods or services.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice when reasonable to protect the service or other users.

You retain ownership of the content you enter into ReservWise (your “Content”). You grant ReservWise a non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, copy, transmit, display, and process your Content as needed to operate the service for you, including sending the minimum required context to AI providers when you use AI features.

You represent that you have the right to upload any Content you provide and that it does not violate the rights of third parties.

Some features rely on third-party language models. AI output may be inaccurate, out of date, or inappropriate for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing AI output before relying on it for any financial decision. Predictions, runway estimates, and allocation suggestions are best-effort approximations and not guarantees.

ReservWise lets you connect to third-party services (for example, Plaid for bank data and Stripe for payment processing). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability, accuracy, or actions. We act only on the instructions you give us through ReservWise.

We aim to keep ReservWise available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features with reasonable notice. Scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, and force majeure events may affect availability.

ReservWise is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ReservWise’s total liability arising out of or relating to these Terms or the service is limited to the greater of (a) one hundred U.S. dollars or (b) the amount you paid ReservWise in the twelve months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim. ReservWise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ReservWise and its officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising out of your violation of these Terms, your Content, or your misuse of the service.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you materially violate these Terms or if continued operation would cause us legal exposure or security risk. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, warranty disclaimers, limits of liability, indemnification, dispute resolution) will survive.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated version here with a revised “Last updated” date. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before they take effect. If you continue to use ReservWise after the effective date, you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of ReservWise will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Tennessee, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
